CAB Manager Training 2018 was a success!

Over 20 people attended the CAB Manager Training program in Boston last week. Over two days we learned best practices for every aspect of managing a Customer Advisory Board, from setting the strategy, recruiting the right members, how to develop a mutually beneficial agenda, retiring members and creating a compelling engagement plan so the CAB meeting is not a one-off event. The trainees included customer advisory board managers from Verizon, Equifax, Swiss Re and Salesforce. Attendees were equally distributed between those who are building new advisory board programs or looking for best practices to improve existing client advisory councils.
