CAB Manager Training 2018 was a success!

Over 20 people attended the CAB Manager Training program in Boston last week. Over two days we learned best practices for every aspect of managing a Customer Advisory Board, from setting the strategy, recruiting the right members, how to develop a mutually beneficial agenda, retiring members and creating a compelling engagement plan so the CAB meeting is not a one-off event. The trainees included customer advisory board managers from Verizon, Equifax, Swiss Re and Salesforce. Attendees were equally distributed between those who are building new advisory board programs or looking for best practices to improve existing client advisory councils. The next CAB training will be in 2019, more details including registration for the next CAB Manager training is at: https://www.igniteag.com/get-customer-advisory-board-training/. Don’t forget that if you are looking for best practices for your customer advisory board you can also attend our annual conference on December 4th in Boston: https://customeradvisoryboard.org/conference/

You can use the Contact Us page. Last year’s conference on Customer Advisory Boards was a great success and a full analysis of the feedback we received will be the subject of our next blog post. We had speakers from industry analysts such as Gartner and Ignite Advisory Group. It was the largest gathering of customer advisory council managers worldwide, and we plan for 2018 to be even bigger!
